As the research object, the production process of Jet fuel hydrofining unit of Kao Qiao in Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company was simulatied and analyzed with ASPEN PLUS software. Knowing the thermal energy utilization and the change of heat load in each unit operation of the process, finding the existing problems, and then the optimization scheme is put forwarded. According to the data obtained through the software simulation, the energy consumptions in the processes are compared before and after optimization, in searching of the optimal conditions for daily operations to save power source.The simulation process of the aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit was divided two stages. First stage is including three parts: pretreatment of raw materials, reactor unit and separation unit.For get the precise result datas must choose the right method of physical properties of this stage and define the simulated conditions before simulation. Simulation conditions changes mainly include raw material oil feed temperature and cold low pressure separation system transformation. At the first stage the main analysis object are furnace heat load changes, air cooling energy saving and reducing the raw material’s feed heat exchanger heat load.The second stage is stripping column system. At this stage main variable is temperature change come from the material into the stripping tower.The objective is boiling furnace heat load optimization scheme and recovery some heat energy from stripping tower.At last, compare the effect of heat energy optimization scheme.
