Total energy consumption of various types of oil refining enterprises, about 35% of the fuel consumption. By improving the heating efficiency, reducing the fuel consumption and reducing the discharge of pollutants, there are great economic and social benefits. At present, the most widely used in refinery is tubular heating furnace, which is composed of oil field gas, coking dry gas, catalytic cracking dry gas and so on. Therefore, the research on energy saving of gas heating furnace has been valued by the majority of engineering and technical personnel.There are many factors that affect the thermal efficiency of heating furnace. This will be through the establishment of a model of heating furnace, to simulate the change of thermal efficiency and fuel consumption under different conditions of heating furnace. For fuel, excess air coefficient, flue gas temperature and combustion supporting air suction temperature common factors of heating furnace effect analysis and research.1. Compared with the analysis of the combustion process of different fuel gas component of the combustion supporting air consumption level, flue gas emissions of heat loss and concluded in the other conditions are the same, different fuel composition of heating furnace thermal efficiency constitutes a certain influence on the conclusion, put forward in refinery common fuel gas components, giving priority to the unsaturated hydrocarbon content was higher in the combustible gas is suggested as a supplementary fuel.2. The influence of excess air coefficient on the thermal efficiency of heating furnace is analyzed in depth, and the general rules of the variation of thermal efficiency of the heat furnace with different excess air coefficient are obtained. The effective measures to reduce the excess air system are summarized in the course of operation. With international and domestic oxygen enriched combustion technology development and of refining industrial heating furnace, oxygen enriched combustion technology application in the energy-saving effect of prediction, and according to the forecast results, the paper puts forward the control range of the technology in the industrial application of reasonable oxygen enriched air oxygen content.3. By simulation calculation and contrast of the exhaust gas temperature changes influence the thermal efficiency of heating furnace and fuel consumption changes in the level of general rules, different smoke exhaust temperature change in the thermal efficiency and fuel consumption levels are achieved for accurate prediction. The active measures and passive measures to reduce the flue gas dew point corrosion problems are summarized.4. Comparative analysis of the different combustion air to the change in the amount of consumption in the suction temperature of heating furnace thermal efficiency and fuel, obtained combustion air suction temperature on the thermal efficiency has little effect, but the fuel consumption level shows a larger impact, and put forward the high latitudes refinery can make full use of other low-temperature waste heat for heating the combustion air is proposed.
