Supercapacitor, as a new type of energy storage device, has received widespread attention. In recent years, graphene is the most valuable carbon materials which have discovered, as the same time, polyaniline, which is considered as the most promising conducting polymers, is also the research focus in electrode materials.Since traditional graphene/polyaniline composite materials were just making two materials compounded but cannot maximum increase its specific surface area, so we used template method and mixed solvent to prepare mesoporous polyaniline, and then synthesized graphene/mesoporous polyaniline composite with graphene by in situ polymerization in this article.We could discuss the influences by changing aniline and oxidant proportion,the content of graphene and mixed solvent. The main contents were as follows:(1)The mesoporous polyaniline were prepared by beta-cyclodextrin(β-CD)as the template, citric acid doping, N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF) and distilled water as mixed solvent. The DMF content had great effects on mesoporous polyaniline’s morphology and properties. The introduction of DMF promoted the formation of crystalline phase and uniform structure.When DMF content is 20%, the morphology of mesoporous polyaniline samples had the best structure and the largest specific surface area, reached71.71 m2/g, was more than twice the literature value. And it also had the biggest specific capacitance was 183.27 F·g-1, it was more than 15 times as the polyaniline samples without DMF.(2)We synthesized graphene/mesoporous polyaniline composite materials by in situ polymerization, which through changing the proportion of aniline monomers and oxidant, the content of graphene and DMF. The introduction of graphene could effectively improve the specific capacitance and cycle stability compare to the single mesoporous polyaniline electrode materials. The optimal conditions of preparation the composites for aniline monomers and oxidant ratio was 1:1, graphene content was 5% and DMF content was 20%, which had the best pore structure. And the specific surface area was 90.25 m2/g,nearly twice of the present composite materials’ surface area. It also had theleast resistance and the maximum specific capacitance was 265 F·g-1.
