Research On The Relationship Between Urbanization Level And Ecological Environment Quality In Zhejiang Province

The level of urbanization affects the ecological environment quality, the harmonious development of the above two aspects directly impacts on both the following level of urbanization and the condition of the ecological environment quality. One core of the new urbanization doesn’t lie in at the expense of ecological environment to achieve urban and rural harmonious development.Ecological environment is the basis of urbanization’s environment, it can provide the necessary basic conditions for urbanization. Blindly and irrationally promoting urbanization will have a negative impact on ecological environment quality,however rational urbanization can lead to the improvement of the ecological environment quality. The in-depth exploration between the level of urbanization and ecological environment quality is an important guarantee, which can make urbanization develop healthily and environmental quality improve, thereby we can achieve the harmonious development of the above two aspects, and construct new-type urbanization.According to the relevant literature and theoretical research, and the principles of selecting evaluation indexes, combined with the actual data of Zhejiang province, this article builds a system about the level of urbanization and ecological environment quality evaluation of the 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province, and establishes the coordinated development degree model to analyze the Temporal and Regional differences about the level of urbanization and the ecological environment coordinated development degree of quality. Finally, it establishes the panel econometric model, further studies the laws of effects between the level of urbanization and ecological environment quality and its components---environment load, ecological status, ecological environment response, conclusions are as follows:Zhejiang province’s urbanization level has evident correlations with the ecological environment quality. Ecological environment quality presents an atypical u-shaped, on the contrary, the ecological environment quality of the west, south overall is superior to the east, north. Zhejiang province’s urbanization level has evident correlations with the ecological environment quality. From the empirical study of urbanization and ecological environment quality, the ecological environment quality of zhejiang province depresses firstly, then rise gradually, presents a type of U with the improvement of urbanization level. From the empirical study of urbanization and ecological environment pressure, the improvement of zhejiang province’s urbanization level will increase the pressure of ecological environment and make against to the improvement of ecological environment quality. From the empirical results of urbanization level and ecological environment condition, In the studying period, the ecological environment resources and the environment are limited, the urbanization’s advancing makes ecological environment’s capacity of providing resources and environment become weaken.From the empirical study of the urbanization level and ecological environment response, raising the urbanization level of zhejiang province is help to improve the ecological environment response level. In the process of advancing urbanization, with the economic and social development, zhejiang province actively invested capital to control industrial pollution, accelerate the living garbage processing effectively, encourage the development of low energy consumption and the clean energy industry, Combined with tourism and other tertiary industry are beneficial to ecological environment protection, and the effect is more significant. So the situation of ecological environment response will be better.The innovation of this paper is to perfect the previous convention that focus on research the function of single index under urbanization level to ecological environmental quality, evaluate the relationship between urbanization level and ecological environment quality comprehensively and expand the research Angle of view firstly; Secondly, this article covers the multi-dimensional research of temporal dynamics analysis and regional difference analysis. Research into the coordinated development degree of urbanization level and ecological environment quality of 11 cities in zhejiang province, as well as panel measurement covers 11 cities as 14 years of data, from the prospective of multi-dimensional research of temporal and regional difference makes the analysis more deeply. Finally, this paper focus on the areas that the contradiction between urbanization level and ecological environment quality is not prominent, it’s help to provide effective policy recommendations for the future coordinated development of these areas’ level of urbanization and ecological environment quality.
