Analysis And Countermeasures On The Exhaust Pollution Status Of Agricultural Machinery In Jiangsu

Jiangsu’s agriculture has a long history and it has always been an important agricultural region in China. It’s the national major agricultural province and also the strong agricultural machinery province, with advanced and continuously improved agricultural machinery equipment. At the same time, all kinds of agricultural machineries have brought out muchharmful substance such as exhaust gas, noise, wastes and so on, which have done much harm to the environment and were the important source of environmental pollution. It’s necessary to conduct the investigation and analysis on the exhaust pollution of agricultural machinery in order to comprehensively collect the data, distribution, pollutant discharge techniques of the major agricultural machineries, providing detailed scientific basis for the government to formulate scientific policies of agricultural mechanization.The paper focus on contents as follow:1) It introduced the research background and purpose of the investigation about the agricultural machineries exhaust pollution, briefly covered the harm of agricultural machineries exhaust pollution, and summarized the research status of agricultural machineries exhaust pollution at home and abroad. It confirmed the investigation work program of exhaust pollution of agricultural machineries, put forward the research and technical route, systematically presented the content and process of the investigation about the exhaust pollution of agricultural machineries and stated relevant situations about the investigation results of the exhaust pollution of agricultural machineries in Jiangsu.2) Based on the investigation of the exhaust pollution of agricultural machineries in Jiangsu, the author’s relevant experience, and the statistics of the working time of agricultural machineries within Jiangsu province, the paper has evaluated and calculated the annual working hours of Jiangsu’s major agricultural machineries, established the computational formula model of the emission load of agricultural machineries, designed the measuring method for the power consumption and load factor of the agricultural machineries under complicated working conditions, and calculated and corrected the load factors of major agricultural machineries, etc.3) It has also analyzed and dealt with the investigation data and results of the exhaust pollution of agricultural machineries in Jiangsu:a) calculated the inventories of agricultural machineries in Jiangsu and the reasons for changes of data; b) measured and calculated the annual total amount of emission of major agricultural machineries in Jiangsu; c) summarized the distribution of agricultural machineries in Jiangsu, analyzed the overall structure of the emission pollutants and presented the share rate of pollution gas of agricultural machineries; d) concluded the reasons, features and development trend of the exhaust pollution of agricultural machineries in Jiangsu;4) It has put forward some suggestions and effective strategies on the reduction of pollution of agricultural machineries, including:a) abandoning and renewing agricultural machineries in an organized way; b) gradually eliminating 2-stroke motor plant protection machineries; c) enhancing the work of energy conservation and reduction; d) strengthening the examination on the pollution status of the agricultural machineries in use; e) encouraging the manufacturers of agricultural machineries to develop environmentally friendly agricultural machineries to reduce the emission pollutant of agricultural machineries.
