With the increasing difficulty of oil and gas fields, the original system of oil and gas field development(with the characteristic of professional development) has failed to keep pace with the requirement of the new situation, needing a new and comprehensive plan to solve the issues of the current exploration, evaluation, development, adjustment and management.Thus,intelligent well site construction is more and more relevant to the development of the oil field.As the demand of the green, low carbon economy and environment, the demand for RTU products is increasing rapidly, the RTU product functional requirements is more and more complete and the performance requirements also more and more high, so the phenomenon promote technical transformation of industry automation to control and the trend of the industrial upgrading.The controller RTU-SL304 collects the information of ground indicator diagram, the pressure of the oil well, the electric parameter of the main motor of the pumping unit, having the function of the remote starting and stopping, thinning control and other functions, in addition, the function of the automatic adjustment of stroke and balance.In this paper, the construction scheme basing on the RTU-SL304 oilfield wellsite intelligent control system is drafted.This paper improve the wellsite intelligent system architecture, from the well, the site to the oil field company, making the wellsite intelligent become an integral organic system.Technicians and operators can stay at home to achieve the conformity for oil,fault analysis, detection and analysis equipment, and other functions.The design can promote the progress of the digital oil field, reduce the cost of oil production, and improve the economic efficiency of oil field.The programming is designed to guide the construction of oil wellsite intelligence, through the selection of the RTU-SL304, site acquisition and control oil wellsite terminal device information, using the wireless network communication technology such as A11-GRM, the transmission to the host computer, to improve the work efficiency of the oil production.The design has made the application of AnKong RTU-SL304 possible in oil field terminal, opening a new way for the development of intelligent digital oilfield well, promoting the development of the digital management system.Through field testing in the field Changqing Oilfield, the program basically realized oil digital control requirements, which greatly improves the working environment of employees andimproves the efficiency of oil production.
