With the gradual implementation of the "Made in China 2025" strategy,the development of domestic manufacturing is becoming more and more informational and intelligent.How to optimize the management of wire drawing machine production line equipment in the flux-cored wire production workshop is the process of transformation and upgrading of the industry Problems that need to be solved urgently.Although the flux-cored welding wire production workshop has realized the automation of the production process,the informatization construction of the workshop is still at a low level.The key information collection,product information recording,and equipment operation scheduling in the production process are all done manually.Therefore,the design and development of a set of wire drawing machine production line equipment management software is of great significance to the further development of the flux-cored wire production industry.This article mainly designs and develops its workshop equipment management system for the wire drawing machine production line.First,the production process of flux-cored welding wire and the control principle of each process link are introduced.Based on this,the design of the control system of the wire drawing machine production line forming machine is completed;secondly,the actual demand in the workshop equipment management process is analyzed,based on MES and equipment management The development status and function model of the system,the equipment management system of the wire drawing machine production line is designed,which mainly includes the system structure,system function,system database,etc.At the same time,in order to solve the equipment scheduling problem in the production process,this paper establishes the goal of the maximum completion time and the minimum Function equipment scheduling model,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,which realizes the scheduling function of the single-process parallel wire drawing machine production equipment in the production process;finally,the Visual Studio development platform adopts C# language to the front-end interface and system of the software system The database and algorithm program have been developed and designed.According to the above design content,a drawing machine equipment management system based on MES was developed.The system application test proved the stability,practicability and reliability of the software system.The promotion and application of the equipment management system to the production site of the wire drawing machine enterprise workshop can realize the effective management of the workshop equipment,optimize the workshop management mode,and reduce the production management cost.
