| Changbei project cooperation block natural gas pipeline has been running for a number of years,belonging to the underground gas pipeline including long North natural gas gathering and transportation pipeline south trunk,north trunk line,north of the north trunk,TPO north trunk and dozens of connected well cluster regional.In order to accurately grasp the pipeline anticorrosion coating and cathodic protection effect,this paper studies and analyzes the natural gas gathering and transportation pipeline detection method which is suitable for the long north project,which is based on the study and analysis of domestic and foreign gas pipeline detection technology.Test content includes macroscopic examination of the pipeline,pipeline route drawing and inspection of external anticorrosive coating and cathodic protection validity detection and tank sacrifice anode effective detection,soil corrosion detection and ancillary facilities for pipelines electric performance test,potential transmitter detection,stray current detection,excavation direct detection and risk assessment of pipeline.Based on the detection results,the integrity of the pipeline is evaluated.The results show that the integrity of the long North gas gathering and transportation pipeline is good,and the existing defects of the pipeline to check out the rectification measures and suggestions. |
