With the continuous development of high performance fiber materials, the use of composite materials reinforced with other existing composite fiber materials, research and development of high more and more development of protective fabric gradually move closer to the direction of high-tech industries, and textile technology advances now become an important symbol.As people continue to enhance safety awareness, increasing demand for protective textiles also makes the development and research of protective fabrics inevitable.Given the high frequency of hand injuries, research performance hand protection fabric attention of domestic and foreign scholars.At present, the domestic cut-resistant glove fabric lacks depth and systematic study, especially in terms of cut-resistant mechanism analysis is still not perfect,strengthen the analysis of cut-resistant glove technology and performance, Provide a reference for the development of hand protection.In this paper, the selection of high performance fiber material, through the analysis of the yarn forming mechanism, the coated yarn with excellent mechanical properties was spun on the coating machine.With high mechanical properties of the composite yarn as a glove knitting yarn,to meet the requirements of the fabric in the anti cutting, wear and other protective properties of mechanical requirements.In this paper, the theory of the dynamic response process of the glove fabric is analyzed by focusing on the coating process of coated yarn and the weaving process of gloves.Combined with performance testing, verify the correctness of the analysis.The results of this study have been verified in the research of the key technology and equipment research and development of the multi function special gloves in Shaoxing Jin Long Machinery Co.The main contents of this paper include:1.This topic from the selection of fiber materials, such as aramid fiber, high strengthpolyethylene high performance fiber material performance comparison and analysis.Because the gloves fabrics of raw materials performance is the key to gloves to prevent cutting performance,through the comparative analysis of different kinds of fiber performance.Selected high strength polyethylene, nylon, spandex three woven fiber as raw materials, to meet the demand of the gloves.2.According to the selected fiber raw material, the contrast analysis of the yarn twist yarn and coated yarn and the difference of mechanical properties, determined the double cladding structure of the composite yarn for knitting yarn.Through the analysis of the yarn forming mechanism, coating process and yarn property of the composite yarn, the combination of theory and experiment is used.when the composite yarn to choose parameters for fineness for Spandex silk/nylon/high strength polyethylene : 66.7dtex/77.8dtex/222.2dtex, elastic covered yarn tensile breaking strength: 423 N, the elongation at break was 412%, the mechanical properties of the yarn can meet the requirements of the production of the glove knitting.3.The working principle and knitting technology of the computer glove machine and the knitting characteristics of each part of the glove are analyzed systematically.Such as to avoid loopholes, which refers to the crotch of coil strength, determine the fabric weaving, palm and finger cuff and other parts.According to the little fingerâ†' ring fingerâ†'middle fingerâ†' index fingerâ†' Small palmâ†'thumbâ†'large palmâ†'cuffs Sequential knitting.4.The response process of the fabric is analyzed when the glove fabric is destroyed by the external force.From two angles of the variation of the coil length and the deformation energy of the fabric, the deformation characteristics of the fabric coil are studied, and the relationship between the fabric deformation and the anti cutting performance is discussed.5.According to the protective glove standard, using orthogonal test method of yarn structure,yarn fineness and twist fabric and material density and other factors influence on the anti cutting performance is analysed.Optimize the process parameters to assess the level of anti cutting gloves.At the same time, in order to better determine the comprehensive performance of gloves,the gloves, wear resistance, puncture resistance, tear resistance and other protective properties were tested and analyzed.Using the method of fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the results of the test results, the results show that the gloves fabrics in this study can achieve the desired results in the protection of cutting, wear and other protective properties.In line with industry protection standards, to ensure that in the wear with flexibility, comfort, and other conditions, the more general protective gloves, more excellent anti cutting, wear and other protective characteristics.
