In recent years,with the continuous development of social development and textile technology,people pay more and more attention to the protection of textile products while paying more attention to the production safety.Gloves as the largest part of the human body injury protection products,has long been applied.Because ordinary canvas gloves or cotton gloves,low strength,poor wear resistance,a single function,it is difficult to meet people in the production process for the security needs of the use of gloves is greatly restricted.With the development of modern textile technology,the appearance of high strength and high modulus fibers laid the foundation for the research and development of high-strength protective gloves.However,due to the high flexural rigidity of high-performance fibers,forming braiding is more difficult and becomes a big challenge for glove weaving.It is especially difficult to knit thin gloves.Therefore,the thin multi-purpose protective gloves technology and performance of the study is very necessary.In this paper,we studied systematically the coating,weaving and coating process of high-strength protective glove,and analyzed the influence of draft ratio,overfeed and tension control on the yarn quality of covered yarn.The key technology of glove weaving and double Lyophobic preparation and coating technology.The main research content and results of the thesis:(1)Starting from the analysis of the performance requirements of the fiber raw materials,the thesis analyzes the performance and characteristics of various high-performance fibers.According to the requirements of high-strength protective gloves,the reasonable selection and combination application of fiber raw materials,The outer layer of yarn is made of high-strength polyethylene,the middle layer is nylon and the inner is elastic core.(2)In view of the difficulty of knitting process of high-strength protective gloves,the yarn yarn is easy to produce bare core yarn and affect the strength and wear resistance of the fabric,the coating process of elastic covering yarn is emphatically studied.The drawing ratio,The influence of tension control on the yarn quality of the coated yarn was optimized.The optimum parameters of the coating process were that the covered yarn was formed into a linear structure with multi-directional tight distribution and good abrasion resistance and cutting resistance.(3)As the computer socking machine knitting in the knitting process,the contact between the knitting machine parts and the collision will affect the movement stability of knitting needles,which will affect the product quality.The thesis systematically analyzes the knitting principle and technology of the computerized glove machine,deeply analyzes the contact-collision problem between the knitted components,and improves the product quality of the high-strength protective glove.(4)Based on the research of-double-sparse technology,the thesis uses organic fluoride finishing agent to carry out the double-layer spray coating of glove fabric and studies its double-sparse heat aging resistance influences.The morphology of the coating was characterized by SEM and contact angle test.The CA value of the double-sparse coating on the fabric substrate was analyzed.The results show that the Shuangshu coating has good liquid repellent properties after being treated with Shuangshu.(5)Combined with the standard of glove protection,we tested and analyzed the performance of high-strength gloves.The results show that: the study of protective gloves cut to 4,wear resistance reached 4;puncture resistance of 2,tear resistance of 3.The protective gloves not only have excellent cut-proof,wear-resistant and other protective properties,high-strength protective gloves in the fabric flexibility,cutting resistance,wear convenience and other aspects of the more obvious advantages.In this paper,the research and analysis of high-strength protective glove technology and service performance,the developed high-strength protective glove products have good wear resistance,anti-cutting,ultra-Shu sparse properties,a better solution to the Shuangshuang high-strength protective gloves production process problems,For the company's new product development and actual production has a guiding role and reference value.
