The development of the times and the produce of new materials greatly enrich people's material needs,textiles far more than the role of warm and modesty,people are increasingly demanding requirements for textiles,textiles should not only meet some basic needs but also improve its own quality to better integrate into people's lives.Functional home textiles continue to emerge and slowly infiltrate into various fields,and its development is moving towards high-performance,complex functions and high added value.Curtains are an important aspect of home textiles which have great function of decoration and coordination.Modern fabrics for curtains tend to be more functional developed.We use honeycomb photocatalyst polyester fibers,honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistant polyester fibers and flame retardant polyester fibers as raw material of warp and weft yarn in this paper,and then develop the jacquard curtain fabrics with good deodorant flame retardant and anti-ultraviolet function property.The three funtional fibers had been observed through the vertical and horizontal electron microscope and some related physical tests in the paper.Experiments had shown that: the surface of honeycomb photocatalyst polyester fiber distributed many micropore structure,and it had big moisture regain and good moisture absorbtion,honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistant polyester fiber had the biggest strength in these fiber,flame retardant polyester fiber had large initial modulus and low strength.In this paper,we used flame retardant polyester filament as raw material of warp,and woven A,B,C,D four series fabrics.Wherein A series used honeycomb photocatalyst polyester yarn and honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistant polyester yarn as weft yarn woven nine fabrics in changed certain weft ratio.The proportion of honeycomb photocatalyst polyester yarn and honeycomb cellular ultraviolet resistant polyester yarn in fabric was in an order of 0:1,1:4,1:3,1:2,1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1 and 1:0,then tested the content of honeycomb photocatalyst polyester yarn to the effect of the fabric deodorant property and the content of honeycomb celluar ultraviolet resistance polyester yarn to the effect of the fabric ultraviolet resistant property separately.Analysis of experimental data concluded that: as the increase of the weft ratio of honeycomb photocatalyst polyester yarn,the fabric deodorant also improved,when the content ofhoneycomb photocatalyst polyester yarn increase to 66.7%,the growth of the fabric deodorizing rate began to slow down,and the fabrics bagan to have good deodorizing effect.As the decline of the weft ratio of honeycomb celluar ultravilet polyester,the fabric ultraviolet resistance property weakened,when the ratio of the honeycomb photocatalyst polyester yarn and the honeycomb celluar ultraviolet resistant polyester yarn was 0:1,the fabric had the best ultraviolet resistant property.the fabric A1~A5 could meet the ultraviolet resistance fabrics standard,the fabric A6~A9 T(UVA)> 5% could not meet the ultraviolet resistance fabrics standard.B series used honeycomb photocatalyst polyester yarn as weft yarn,woven four different fabric weave fabrics,tested the differert fabric weaves to the effect of the fabric deodorizing property.Research shows that: the deodorizing effect the eight satin was a little better than other weaves.C,D series woven thirsteen fabrics to test the content of flame retardant polyester and the fabric weaves to the effect of fabric flame retardancy.Research shows that: C series fabrics warp and weft damaged all less than 150 mm,this series of nine fabrics were up to flame retardant decorative fabrics B1 standard.The fabric flame retardant was not in correlation with the content of flame retardant polyester,but the change of the content of flame retardant polyester did have influence on the fabric flame retardantance.The change of fabric weave had influence on fabric flame retardantance,the more loose fabric zonal structure,the longer damage to the fabric,the fabric flame retardantance was relatively weakened.Finally based on research results,we used the ratio of 1:1 of honeycomb photocatalyst polyester yarn and honeycomb celluar ultraviolet resistance polyester yarn in which they could perform the best to produce the fabric.The inspiration of fabric designs is from classical Chinese characters,choosing colors of retro brown,blue,green,light yellow and black color tone.We developed nine functional curtain fabric productions with factional and artist,and with function of deodorizing,flame retardant and anti-ultraviolet.
