In the actual production of the cut tobacco production line process, the workshop process quality inspection department, production department, the lack of data in real time sharing between equipment maintenance department, even with artificial method of transcribing the inefficiency of the original message and summary the data often has lag, cannot quickly found the problem.Artificial data collected is not easy to retrieve, if users want to refer to the past one day making cut tobacco what brand of leaf cut tobacco production(cut tobacco), or in the past one day a specific brand of cut tobacco leaf production data(cut tobacco), not only is very difficult, and the retrieval speed is very slow, so it severely reduces the working efficiency.In this paper, through in-depth analysis of OPC(Object Linking an Embedding(OLE) for Process Control) technology in the exchange of information between heterogeneous devices, a near infrared moisture meter is designed, belt electronic called cut tobacco(cut tobacco) moisture, temperature, instantaneous flow three important data collection equipment, through the OPC interface to establish communication between heterogeneous devices, set up OPC server and OPC client to complete the data collection.Through in-depth analysis of the.net platform technology, ASP.NET ADO.NET in the application of network technology and database technology, we design a to ASP.NET web programming, through the establishment of the communication between the web and database, ADO.NET finally build a able to solve practical problems in the production of cut tobacco production line data acquisition sharing platform.In this paper, The main work is summarized as follows:(1) In-depth analysis of the mechanism of OPC technology in the industrial process control, reveals the reason of it can communicate through heterogeneous devices, and on this basis, establish a near infrared moisture meter and belt electronic called acquisition device by OPC interface and PLC communication, and then import the OPC server and OPC client to write the data of reading on OPC server database, complete the data acquisition function;(2) A method is proposed that using ASP.NET for the web page programming on.NET platform.Moreover using ADO.NET as a bridge to implement web page and database communication. Finally, a way is designed that the computers of connecting the factory internal LAN are able to take advantage of the browser to access the database and complete the data sharing;(3) Trough the data collected from moisture, temperature, instantaneous flow regularity research, we found that the data obey normal distribution model, thus set cut tobacco craft section as an example illustrates the use of interval probability, the normal cumulative distribution function to calculate the leaf tobacco(cut tobacco) qualified rate of the algorithm.(4)The data collection sharing platform of tobacco production line is realized. In order to achieve the data collection, we use the OPC server technology / client structure to realize the communication between hardware and software, The collected data is stored in real-time database by the ADO.NET technology. In order to achieve data sharing, To be programmed through the web pages by the ASP.NET technology, Realize the browser to directly access realtime data acquisition server OPC. While browsing through programming on ASP.NET web platform after using ADO.NET technology, complete access to the database, shared historical data. Then use interval probability and normal cumulative distribution function to calculate the tobacco(cut tobacco) pass rate, to achieve the Data analysis. In tobacco production line data acquisition sharing platform, through five relational database table to implement user login platform, password changes, historical data query functions; Finally, the platform software part was tested, all functions are in line with expectations.Engineering practice shows,through OPC technology to solve the problem of communication between different devices, the acquisitions of moisture, temperature and the instantaneous flow rate in the tobacco(cut tobacco) production line of factory, have high accuracy,the network computer can share the cut tobacco production line real-time acquisition through the browser easily,through some algorithms analysing the data, the problem of information silos and automatically determine a batch of tobacco(cut tobacco) qualified is solved. The pressure of the platform test results show that is fully able to meet the demand of the factory.
