Research Of Environmental Impact Assessment About Project Of Washing Coal

Coal washing project has general industrial construction project environmental impact characteristics.Through studying the coal washing environment impact assessment system, we find a suitable method for general industrial construction project EIA system.Through analyzing the EIA in China and other countries,this paper investigated the EIA problems at home,and expounded the coal washing project EIA specific work steps.We establish a suitable method for washing coal construction projects and similar construction projects EIA system.And we use this method in Case Study of the Bositu Trading Company Ltd 1.2 million t/a washing coal construction projec in Xinjiang to test and verify.Specific contents are the follows:(1)Research system of environmental impact assessment work,describe the EIA process systematically,put forward the coal washing project EIA system, detailed work procedure and content,compare and determine the evaluation methods and standards used in EIA.(2)Discuss coal washing project EIA method system, described in different stages of the environmental impact assessment evaluation method in detail.(3)Test and verify Case Study of the Bositu Trading Company Ltd 1.2 million t/a washing coal construction projec in Xinjiang with the EIA system.Combining with water environment, atmospheric environment,water environment condition and related evaluation methods,preliminarily analyze the project in proposed construction region;analyze and assess the study of regional environmental problems which would happen in prediction;conduct the risk assessment,process and economic feasibility analysis in construction projects.According to relevant data, the basis of the relevant national laws, regulations,documents and the environmental impact assessment technical guideline,integrating different technologies and procedures,this paper puts forward washing coalconstruction project environmental impact assessment system and the basic work plan.The environmental evaluation system of coal cleaning project, discusses the work of each stage of the content and method system, summarizes the environmental impact assessment of various environmental factors in the evaluation content,evaluation method, put forward in view of the washing coal construction project environmental impact assessment and the content of the plan.Application summary plan of xinjiang "figure trade co., LTD. 1.2 million t/a washing coal construction project environmental impact assessment work plan formulation, using the method of environmental impact assessment, investigation and analysis about the present situation of the region, determine the pollution of the environment factor, on the project of atmospheric environment, water environment,sound environment and so on carries on the forecast evaluation, the results are as follows:The result of the construction project area present situation of air environmental quality monitoring analysis, daily average concentration of SO2 is 0.007 L·mg/Nm3,NO2 daily average concentration is 0.003 L·mg/Nm3, TSP daily average concentration is 0.132 mg/Nm3.SO2, NO2 and TSP in evaluation scope reach air quality standard(GB3095-1996-2000 modified single) class standard.Monitoring the pH, CODCr, BOD5,ammonia nitrogen, TP, TN, volatile phenol,cyanide, sulphide 30 indicators in the water table, evaluation within the scope of surface water quality reaches the surface water environment quality standard(GB3838-2002) Ⅲ class water quality.Construction project area sound environment is good, the total project planning drawings in the west, the north no. 3, no. 1 spot;The south, the east of no. 2, no. 4 spot,a total of four posts, day and night sound environment present situation meet the standards for acoustic environmental quality(GB3096-2008) in Ⅱ class standards.
