Marine organisms may be attached to fouled organisms in the marine environment,but organic tin self-polishing antifouling coatings with good antifouling effect have been prohibited by the International Maritime Organization for marine antifouling coatings since 2008.The current Wuxi,low-toxic self-polishing anti-fouling paint technology is mainly controlled by foreign paint companies,and most of the anti-fouling market is also occupied by it.The main reason is that there is a certain gap between China's marine antifouling paints and foreign countries.The development of marine antifouling coating resins with independent intellectual property rights can break the monopoly of foreign coating companies on antifouling coating technologies and enhance the competitiveness of our antifouling coating products in the international arena.Silicon-containing self-polishing antifouling coatings are a research hotspot.The silanized acrylate antifouling coatings are studied in this paper.This article focuses on the effect of the triisopropylsilyl methacrylate molar content silanized acrylic resin on the structure and properties of the acrylic resin,which is water-based.And studied the performance of silanized acrylate antifouling coatings.The results showed that the addition of triisopropylsilyl methacrylate caused the surface of the coating to change from hydrophobic to hydrophilic during seawater immersion;the coating had a 24-hour water absorption with triisopropylsilane.The higher the base acrylate is,the higher the water absorption rate will be as the temperature rises;the coating film will be hydrolyzed after immersing in seawater,and the weight will be continuously reduced;the coating film will appear carboxyl at 1560cm-1 after being soaked in seawater for one week.An asymmetric stretching vibration peak of the acid anion,and the higher the triisopropylsilyl methacrylate content,the stronger the intensity of the stretching vibration peak;When the triisopropylsilyl methacrylate content is greater than 20%,the copper ion is released The rate is greater than 26 ?g/cm2·d;through the measurement of the surface roughness,the silanized acrylic resin can be found to have self-polishing properties,and the surface roughness will be reduced under the action of water flow erosion,which can reduce the resistance of navigation;70 days after the real sea hanging plate It can be found that silanized acrylate antifouling coatings have no large-scale marine organisms on the surface,have good antifouling properties,and have good compatibility with epoxy primers.
