Applications of activated carbon with advances in technology have been gradually expanded, along with most of the traditional activated carbon micropores, mesopores and macropores three pore size, pore size distribution is extremely uneven, can not meet the industry’s requirements for the application of activated charcoal brings trouble. This paper attempts to explore research in the preparation of homogeneous activated carbon(carbon molecular sieve) aspect.Industrialization of phenolic resin is prepared aperture uniform carbon activated carbon(carbon molecular sieve) samples, using TG-DTA, FTIR and N2-BET means to characterize studied template addition ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, carbonization temperature, carbonization time and charring rate preparation process on activated carbon(carbon molecular sieve) samples. The results show: F127 phenolic resin and the mass ratio of 1: 1, reaction temperature 45 ℃, reaction time 6h, carbonization temperature of 800 ℃, carbonization time was 1h, a heating rate of 1 ℃/ min, the resulting sample is relatively homogeneous pore rich, the specific surface area 716.59m2·g-1, a single point total pore volume 0.55775cm3·g-1, single-point adsorption pore volume 0.30181cm3·g-1.When sucrose as a carbon source, KOH and Na OH were used two kinds of activator, using TG-DTA, FTIR, N2-BET and SEM were used to characterize the means to study the activator addition ratio, the ratio of templating agent added, the reaction temperature and reaction time on the preparation of activated carbon(carbon molecular sieves) Sample impact. The results show:sucrose: F127 mass ratio of 1: 1, KOH solvent concentration of 1mol / L, the reaction temperature is 45 ℃, stirring time 16 h, charcoal aperture carbonized at 800 conditions of preparation is the mo℃ st developed, the resulting of product specific surface area of 2111.03m2·g-1, a single point total pore volume, respectively, and 1.0122cm3·g-1, single-point adsorption pore volume 0.76298cm3·g-1;Sucrose: F127 mass ratio of 1: 1, Na OH concentration of 0.75 mol / L, reaction temperature 45 ℃, reaction time 12 h, carbonization temperature 800 ℃. The resulting product of specific surface area 2015.10m2·g-1, a single point total pore volume 2.0460cm3·g-1, single-point adsorption pore volume 0.8268cm3·g-1. Also, change the amount of Na OH activator prepared samples pore size distribution has a greater impact, and change the amount of KOH activator is able effectively to fine-tune the pore size distribution.
