Study On Transition Of Environmental Statistics Work And Environmental Protection

Work of Pollutants Total Amount Control has become one of the core contents of environmental protection in China. The "amount " is reflected through environmental statistics.Since the "Eleventh Five-year Plan", as the work of main pollutants total emission control was carried out in-depth, environmental statistics system has been adjusted drastically in China. The report system and accounting method were changed, and the requirements of data quality has been higher and higher. However, there is still some problems in the process of practical work, which needs further study.Firstly, we summarized the systems of environmental statistics in the 11th and 12th five-year, and the first national census of pollution and dynamic updating investigation. Then based on the data comparison and special index analysis, the key point of environmental management and the application of statistical data were indicated.At the same time, according to the problems of environmental statistics data at present, suggestions on data quality improvement was put forward. We hope it could be useful to the perfection of the existing environmental statistics system.
