Mining industry is the foundation of the national economy,the development of mineral resources made great contribution for the national economic construction,which also induce a large number of mine geological environment problems,such as collapse of mined-out area and ground subsidence.These geological environment problems are not only restricting the development of economic but also threatening human survival environment.Taking effective measures on geological environment monitoring,governance by investigating mine geological environment and evaluating mine geological environment by using scientific methods,which is the only way for sustainable development.Then the evolution of the mine environment is very complex,mine environment is a compound and the open system which changes constantly in time and space,which makes the mine environmental evaluation is complicated,difficult and controversial.But the emergence and continuous development of remote sensing technology,so we can monitor all kinds of environmental problems caused by mining for real-time.In addition with the wide application of Geographic Information System(GIS)technology,which provided effective auxiliary decision support for cleaning mining and sustainable development.The ground routine data of environment monitoring,satel ite remote sensing data of mining region,all kinds of mining,geological prospecting and economic data have been collected in this paper,various evaluation models and methods have been explored,and the evaluation system of mine geological environment in Shenfu mining area of Shaanxi province has been constructed.The mine geological environment evaluation system developed by using object-oriented languages C #,which based on Client/Server(C/S)structure and Visual Studio2010.The system mainly includes the basic GIS function module,the remote sensing image processing module and mine geological environment assessment module.GIS function modules including basic map display,file management,spatial query,attribute query and other functions.Remote sensing image processing module is mainly based on IDL(Interface Date Language),including the mine geological environment evaluation model and method.The development of this system will provides decision support for mining related personnel,and also constantly promote the scientificity and integrity of mine environmental evaluation.
