At present, the luminous coated fabric has been widely applied to clothing, luminous toy, luminous embroidery, luminous slippers, etc.but due to the rare earth aluminate luminescent material itself and the external factors, the surface chemical properties of some luminescent material is not stable, for example, It may be sensitive to water and some chemicals, if it placed for a long time, even if the moisture in the air can also make it hydrolysis, and the mostly coating agent is hydrophilic type, so as to make the luminous coated fabric surface is more easy to absorption moisture.then the luminescence brightness and afterglow time is greatly reduced, even to loss the properties of light-storage luminescent. This is seriously shortened the service life of the luminous coated fabric and limit its application fields.In order to solve the above problem, This topic choose the best method to prepare waterproof luminous coated fabric.In Experiment, have luminous coated finishing on the fabric surface firstly, then have water repellent finishing the fabric, as followsâ‘ luminous coated finishing:the preparation of luminous coating agent (50% concentration of poly acrylic ester)â†'direct coatingâ†'preliminary drying (100℃,3 min) â†'baking (160℃,3 min) â‘¡water repellent finishing:single-dip-single-nip (rate of rolling 80%-85%)â†' preliminary drying (120℃,3 min)â†'baking.In the process of preparing, The add ratio of luminescence materials, type of water repllents, the concentration of water repllents, soaking conditions and baking conditions during water repellent finishing have influence on the luminous performance,waterproof performance and some basic physical mechanical properties of waterproof luminous coated fabric. In order to choose better process parameters, this paper studied the factors respectively. Experimental results show that when the add ratio of luminescence materials is 25%, water repllents is fluoride from water, the concentration of water repllents is30 g/L, soaking conditions are 40℃,3 min, then waterproof luminous coated fabric have better luminous performance, and the baking condition have little impact on it; When water repllents is fluoride from water, the concentration of water repllents is30 g/L, soaking conditions are 40℃, 3 min, baking conditions are 170℃,3 min, then waterproof luminous coated fabric have better waterproof performance.And for physical mechanical properties, the results show that the fabric used fluoride from water is softer, higher abrasion fastness and washing fastness, stronger wrinkle resistance than the fabric used organic silicon repllent, but the fracture strength is less. And when the concentration of fluoride from water is30 g/L, fabric fastness is best, at the same time, baking conditions and soaking conditions also have different effects.So,In order to make waterproof luminous coated fabric whose various aspects performance is relatively good,the topic use the process parameters:the add ratio of luminescence materials is 25%, water repllents is fluoride from water, the concentration of water repllents is30 g/L, soaking conditions are 40℃,3 min, baking conditions are 170℃,3 min.
