In recent years,the pace of industrial transfer in China is getting faster and faster,the major industrial parks are in a high-speed development stage.Especially in the chemical industry safety,environmental protection requirements are constantly improving,dangerous chemicals warehousing industry in the new situation.Under the guidance of the new pattern,profound changes are taking place.Therefore,it is necessary to study the theory of project risk management and try to use different types of project risk identification methods.To explore the establishment of a risk assessment system suitable for hazardous chemicals storage projects.In this paper,the research object of the expansion project of HYTY crisis storage center is presented.Firstly,the implementation background and construction significance of this project are briefly introduced,and the investment situation of the project is analyzed briefly.Secondly,as the overall risk target body,the key risk factors of the project are effectively identified.Also use financial indicators analysis(including profit and loss balance and sensitivity analysis,profitability and safety index)and professional chemical risk factors evaluation method focusing on the financial risk of the project is the content of risk assessment and safety risk,mainly around the financial risk of the project and security risks,risk evaluation index system is established.Thirdly,the risk index is quantified by AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and make case analysis around the project.At last,some risk countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The research helps HYTY enterprises to properly identify the project of key risk factors and risk indicators,optimize the investment of projects for storage center,and provide some basis for HYTY enterprise project decisions.It also provides a useful reference value for the risk assessment of chemical projects of the same industry.
