Low carbon ferrosilicon is a major alloy additives in silicon,silicon steel alloy low carbon ferrosilicon accounted for more than 90%of the total added,effectively guarantee the yield is high silicon controlled supply of quality,high-purity,stability,low carbon silicon alloy.With the gradual release of SHOUGANG silicon steel production capacity,the demand for low carbon ferrosilicon also will increase substantially.SHOUGANG is currently required in low carbon ferrosilicon 20,000 tons.Stable supply from silicon steel production,and strictly control the quality of the alloy furnace point of view,shares WENXIANWANLI low carbon ferrosiliconIn this paper,the systematic use of project management knowledge,focusing on schedule WENXIANWANLI low carbon ferrosilicon production base project construction and control are discussed,developed stage in the project schedule,through a clear project scope,and choose the right technology,methods to ensure planning was scientifically accurate;the project schedule control phase,through the decomposition of the control objectives,set the control point,from the organizational,institutional,economic and technical aspects to take measures to ensure that the project is completed as planned.The main contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)combined with the construction of low carbon silicon WENXIANWANLI ferroalloy production base project,master the meaning and content of the five project management process,the master and the correct use of project management knowledge,and in accordance with the relevant knowledge areas and processes of project management,research within the scope of the project to determine how to plan and control the project management.(2)To help businesses employ scientific theories,methods and techniques to address capacity building enterprise project practical problems.The progress of the project management theory and methods applied to the construction of the project system.Progress of research projects related to theoretical knowledge projects and WBS,Responsibility Assignment Matrix,network planning techniques and other methods and tools for the development of detailed project schedule and decomposition.(3)Focus on the progress management WENXIANWANLI low carbon silicon ferroalloy production base project to study the progress of the project planning,progress control analysis.This section mainly use Gantt charts,critical path method,such as project management tools milestone plan for the progress of the project management.On the basis of the project schedule,the proposed project schedule control framework and measures.SG Group’s procurement system by studying the progress of the project management has concluded that certain specific and instructive.I hope this research can for project management in construction cost of raw materials procurement system to get some inspiration.
