| In the process of water flooding and polymer flooding,the oil sludge disposal and utilization of oil sludge in the bottom of the tank have been the technical difficulties that must be solved by the domestic oilfield.According to preliminary statistics,the daqing oil field produces tens of thousands of oil sludge each year during the separation of oil and water.Due to the not only contains oil in oily sludge and clay,but also contain a variety of harmful chemical substances,indiscriminate discharge can cause serious pollution on the surrounding environment,especially the surface water.As the oil field grows,the sludge will also increase.At the same time,along with the people environmental protection consciousness strengthen constantly perfected and the state environmental protection laws and regulations,sludge disposal becomes more and more people's attention,has become the important research subject of oil field.This paper analyzes the sludge collection and composition analysis and sludge of polymer solutions,designed the clay particle performance of core flow experiment,the sludge oil displacement effect of polymer solution,polymer solution sludge transmission and steering ability,after analyzed the oily sludge profile control in construction and its effect. |
