In this dissertation, we used chemical technology to prepare blending thermoplastic elastomer by waste rubber and waste plastic. This can achieve not only waste rubber and waste plastic to recycle, but also to solve the environmental pollution caused by excessive waste rubber and waste plastic.In this dissertation, we studied the blending optimum process conditions of preparation of thermoplastic elastomer which were prepared from waste tire rubber powder and rubber (WTRP)/high density polyethylene (WHDPE) with static vulcanization technology and dynamic vulcanization technology, and compared the two kinds of technology.The results show that:the optimum conditions of static vulcanization technology are as follows:160℃ curing temperature and 15min curing time. Tensile strength and elongation at break of thermoplastic elastomer which was prepared in the optimum conditions of static vulcanization technology are 14.32MPa and 290.24%. The optimum conditions of dynamic vulcanization technology are as follows:the screw compressor temperature of 140℃-160℃-160℃-40℃,30r/min feed speed and 130r/min host speed. Tensile strength and elongation at break of thermoplastic elastomer which was prepared in the optimum conditions of dynamic vulcanization technology are 15.47MPa and 310.71%. Compared with static vulcanization technology, dynamic vulcanization technology is more suitable for preparing blending thermoplastic elastomer, because of the thermoplastic elastomer with dynamic vulcanization technology had better physical property, better delicate surface, better Micro-morphology, lower labor intensity and continuous production.In this dissertation, the optimum conditions of dynamic vulcanization technology blending thermoplastic elastomer which was prepared from waste nitrile butadiene rubber (WNBR)/waste polyvinylchloride (WPVC). The optimum conditions are as follows:the screw compressor temperature of 160℃-180℃-180℃-40℃,30r/min feed speed and 120r/min host speed. Tensile strength and elongation at break of thermoplastic elastomer which prepared in the optimum conditions of dynamic vulcanization technology are 17.11MPa and 312.33%. The TPV had good heat-resistant property, processability and Micro-morphology.In this dissertation, we also described a new method for reusing waste rubber, and studies on application of softening agent which obtained from this method.
