AEM/PAM15dynamic thermoplastic vulcanization (TPV) were prepared viadynamic vulcanization technology in Haake plasticorder in this paper. Compared withEPDM/PP dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic vulcanization, we sued the highperformance rubber AEM and low temperature nylon PAM15as the raw materials. Some advanced instruments such as the Scanning Electron Micro scopy(SEM), RubberProcessing Analyzer, Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analyzer were used and the effectof process parameters, curing systems, filler systems and hot air aging on themechanical properties, morphology, anti-aging properties and dynamic mechanicalproperties were investigated. According to the theory that all properties weredetermined by structure, a new view of the effect mechanism of all factors on theproperties can be researched by the curing properties was raised.Research results showed that the effects of blending temperature, AEM/PAM15ratio, rotation speed, blending time and feeding mode on the curing properties weresignificant. Curing extent increased firstly then decreased with the improvement ofblending temperature, degree of vulcanization decreased with the increase of the rotorspeed, the degree of extension blending time can improve the properties of materials, rubber percentage can speed up the curing rate, and plastics performance is the best ina certain ratio of rubber, feeding sequence also affected the performance ofmaterials, better performance obtained with fully blending vulcanization. Curing rateincreased with the change of abovementioned factors. Considering the factors ofprocess and property comprehensively, the process parameters of160℃,60r·min-1,60/40(AEM/PAM15), blending three more minutes after the biggest torque, also the charging sequence of AEM, release agent and antiager were open mixedâ†'addPAM15mixing to6minâ†'add HVA-2mixing for1minâ†'add F40to a torque reachedequilibrium after3min were determined.Degree of vulcanization system first increased and then decreased with theincrease of the amount of curing agent, through the investigation of the effectof peroxide, crystalline peroxide and amine curing system on the properties of blends. The amine vulcanization system expressed the best properties when add the sameamount of vulcanizing agent. The performance of the system achieved best bothadding F40and crystallization of DCP4phr, while you need to add1.5aminecuring agent1.5phr.Sea island two phase morphology was observed from SEM photographs in theTPV materials. SEM images illustrated that the AEM cured particles preferred to beelliptic shape while Add the less curing agent. Along with the increasingof curing agent, rubber crosslinking particles gradually transformed into sphericalparticles. Thermal analysis experiments show that a new glass transition temperatureTg2emerged in dynamic vulcanization of the system, which explored the goodinteraction of interface. Dynamic vulcanization had little effect on thermaldecomposition temperature of rubber and plastic phases. The influence of filler system on the properties of AEM/PAM TPV was discussedand the results indicated that Carbon black and silica had fine reinforcement effect forAEM/PAM15TPV of different curing system. Adding less Reinforcing agent, thetensile strength and stress at100%deformation increased while decline adding more.Carbon black and silica enhanced the interfacial interactions, which limitedthe movement of molecular chains, thus the elongation at break decreased, meanwhile, the reinforcing system could enhance the hardness of the blend system.Adding carbon black content too much or too little were both not conducive tothe dispersion by dispersion analysis.
