Taking the technological transformation project of hydrazine hydrate production in Xinjiang Xin Ren Chemical Limited as a case, the hydrazine hydrate synthesis technological transformation project and its environmental technology application in this thesis. In the case of ketazine process instead of urea treatment,the company has achieved the goal to improve quality of products and reduce the emission of pollutants.The conclusions were as follows:1) After the completion of technological transformation project, production load and all environmental protection equipment using normal. The environmental monitoring results showed that all sorts of pollutants such as waste water, waste gas,noise, etc were realized the discharging standard. Pollutant emissions in line with the suggested values of environmental impact assessment.2) Through the environment impact assessment, and found that under the condition of normal production,the waste gas pollutants concentration prediction can satisfy the requirements of standard,and will not change the existing regional environmental air quality level for tiny impact on the environment; Under the condition of wastewater collection and treatment properly, the solid waste temporary storage area be strict controled away from seepage measures, project operation will not damage to the downstream area of groundwater;Dangerous waste products of the project is the production device bottom waste liquid, storing in factory waste liquid storage tank, shiping to xinjiang hazardous waste disposal center ultimately,will not cause adverse effect on the environment;After noise muffler noise reduction measures, the noise of the border forecasts and the background is below the standard value of the stack, so the acoustic environmental quality at boundary ofwon’t change.3) The risk assessment of the pollution to environment shows that,under the condition of the strict safety management the probability of risk accidents is very low.Even though it occurs, its influence aimed personal health merely would mainly concentrated in the factory area, thus the environmental risk level of the construction of the project is acceptable.
