Stereolithography Apparatus has attracted extensive attention as a kind of rapid prototyping technology need us to pay attention doubly, which develop rapidly and steadily. Therefore, the DLP-resin, which used for Stereolithography Apparatus of Digital Light Procession was studied, as well as its different function. And the DLP-resin with different functions was studied.1.Research on universal DLP-resin:DLP-resin was prepared by mixing the oligomers, reactive diluents and photoinitiators together according to certain proportion. Compare to different multigroup experiments, the curing rate and hardness of the molding material were tested, meanwhile the test of part of the materials on the tensile, impact and bending was studied, the targeted formula was determined according to the material mechanical properties.50%TPGDA and pure acrylate diluted with HDDA as oligomer, mixed with TMPTA resulted in bending performance of materials is relatively good, but the tensile properties and impact properties of materials are poor; 50%TPGDA and pure acrylate diluted with HDDA as oligomer, mixed with reactive diluent HDDA resulted in the tensile strength and impact performance of materials are excellent, but the bending performance of materials is relatively weak; So consider bending resistance, tensile strength and impact strength of the materials comprehensively, polyester acrylate served as oligomer with dosage of 20%, The mixture of TMPTA and TPGDA served as reactive diluent with dosage of 70%,819 served as photoinitiators with dosage of 5%is for the best. Thus, all the aspects performance of materials are good in this condition.2.Research on wax model DLP - resin:the main work of this stage is inspecting whether the molding material can melt after heating. First use the single functionality of isobornyl methacrylate, lauryl acrylate, styrene and maleic anhydride, vinyl pyrrolidone, etc as diluent, the desired effect did not achieved. Compare to different multigroup experiments, curing rate and hardness of the molding material were tested, meanwhile the test of part of the materials on the tensile, impact and bending was studied, the targeted formula was determined according to the material mechanical properties. When Z6 was used as auxiliary active diluents, the bending properties and tensile properties of materials is good, but the impact properties of material is not optimal, When Z4 was used as auxiliary reactive diluent, the tensile strength and impact performance of materials is relatively good, but the bending performance of material is weak,So the materials can be chose by actual needs, considering the bending properties, tensile strength and impact strength of materials synthetically, the dosage of Z4 is 12%, the dosage of polyethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate Z1 is 1%, the dosage of Ethylene oxide bisphenol A dimethyl acrylate Z2 is 83%; X is photoinitiators with the dosage of 3% for the best.3.Research on porous materials of W/O:Adsorption test to methylene blue was studied with molding porous materials. Compare to different multigroup experiments, the mixture of TPGDA and TMPTA served as diluent in a ratio of 1:1,651-184 served as light curing system, and the dosage of 651 is 7.6%, the dosage of 184 is 3.8%.
