This thesis, with the name "The Development to the Automatic Monitoring System of Main Drainage in Mine Based on PLC"(No.20100819-2), is the declaring project of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group. The project aims at the conditions that frequent flooding disasters in coal mine underground, low degree of automation control in central pump room of+350 eastern Sihe coal mine, and low level in monitoring and management. According to the actual situation of main pump and underground drainage pipeline of+350 eastern Sihe coal mine, an automation monitoring system of industrial and mining enterprises for the main drainage, which has set the microprocessor, data acquisition, remote communication, configuration monitoring technology in one, was developed based on the design requirements suggested by the mine. The system can solve the problem of low efficiency of main drainage pump drainage of large and medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises, and can further improve the automation level of coal mine equipment and improve the current states of the management of underground drainage.Currently, there is large distance among automation levels in large and medium-sized coal mine underground main drainage system in China. There is still a big part of the automation system of coal mine in the manual control which only reached primary level. This will not only lead to operation mechanization and poor information transfer, making management leak, but also can result in hindering in the long-term goal of development of digital mine automation. By using high-precision sensor, this paper developed a set of PLC as control core, the lower machine is responsible for data collection and processing, information transmission, PC is responsible for the secondary monitoring system of the PC monitor. Also developed the low machine PLC monitoring substation data processing and integration control, industrial computer display monitor software and PC based on Kingview platform database display software.The main contents are as follows:Based on access to a large number of related literature and field research deep analysis of the main drainage regulatory requirements, exploration to the future development trend of the underground main drainage automatic control system, and identifying current control situation of main drainage, system function index conforms to the requirement are proposed. The whole plan of the system is developed. The software and hardware framework of system are constructed combined with the core processor based on PLC, network technology, sensor technology, and video communication technology. Two level monitoring network architecture based on communication technology is founded, which is mainly composed of underground monitoring substation, ground information monitoring center.The sensor type and specific models were selected, and the characteristics were tested according to the drainage field environment. To meet the design requirements for monitoring of high precision, based on the development of strong anti-jamming capability, the main mine drainage automatic control system is developed based on PLC control method. Data acquisition and remote transmission of temperature, pressure, flow, level and other parameters are realized, and the control of the pipeline valve and pump unit sequence is accomplished. The method of modular programming structure is adopted to compile the application software such as control program, data acquisition program, average filter program, and communication program, etc. The software is of highly transplant ability.Visualization is adopted in the information communication based on the scene of the construction of network environment. The concept of underground and ground of visual information synchronization is put forward. Two level monitoring networks are established based on open MPI protocol and Ethernet communication protocol. The set of dynamic display software based on ACCESS database is developed which can achieve functions of real-time monitoring and alarm processing and etc.. The configuration interface is friendly in interactive, with concise picture, rich in contents, and complete function.At present, the system is in the period of laboratory adjustable stage which can meet the expected technical indicators after the soft, hardware testing. The test results show that:the hardware structure design of the system is reasonable and can perform stablely. The information display is rich, and the network communication real-time is of high quality with strong reliability, which can satisfy the standards of the system.
