For a long time, the coal is one of the major energy in our country, most of the coalin our country are deeply buried in the hundreds or even thousands of metresunderground, in the process of mining of coal accidents occur frequently, the waterinrush is one of them. Coal mining is often accompanied by the mine water gushing,once the water is not ruled out in time, it will affect the normal exploitation of the coal,if too much water will be flooded shaft’s dangerous, and even endangers the life safetyof the underground work personnel. Pump room shoulders on the responsibility ofexclusion of coal mine water in mine, the traditional way of artificial drainage drainageoperation reliability is poor, low efficiency of drainage, always pose a safety hazard.Some coal mine, devoid of the backward manual operation mode, with more advancedautomatic control method to eliminate seeper. But most of the relatively low degree ofautomation, have very big improvement space. At present, the coal mining industryrapid development, research and development of more advanced automatic drainagesystem is particularly important.Combining with the deficiencies of drainage system and the status of China’s coalmine production, this paper investigate automatic drainage system that apply in the coalmine.The first, according to the actual situation of the mine drainage to design thedrainage equipment,and then design the automatic control and monitoring. The systemadopts Siemens S7-300series PLC to control the automatic drainage system, this papergives the manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic three operation modes to choose,andconstitute the mathematical model of automatic drainage system.And that in order toprevent drainage equipment damp or arises other failure caused by not used for a longtime this paper propose that adopts the method of rotation using water and drainagepipeline. According to the energy-saving principle that “avoid the peak and fill thevalley”,different electricity and water level to determine the number of the startingwater pump and the open and stop time.To establish efficient and reliable automaticdrainage system use the corresponding monitoring system for its work, the hostcomputer use Kingview software to complete the man-machine interface design,itdisplay the real-time monitoring relevant state and data of whole drainage system withgraph and pass to the operators,at the same time memorize the corresponding data andinto historical database for future reference. Automatic control system can monitor and control the whole drainage system, have sound-light alarm for equipment fault, and givethe history report,and can print.
