The Research On The Design Of Garment Warning Function Based On EL Cold Linght Technology

On account of many defects of reflective warning clothing, this article applies EL cold light technology into clothing warning and designs new type of luminescent warning clothing to guarantee safety of the wearer effectively. At present, under the rapid development of society, multifarious nightlife arises constantly and the human’s distinction of day and night life is no longer apparent. To protect nocturnal people’s safety effectively has increasingly become one of the important problems which are concerned by the society. The article focuses on warning clothing of guaranteeing safety of road traffic and analyzes the many defects of reflective warning clothing which is regulation and is now commonly used by public. For example:it has low visibility in the dark environment and reflecting of reflected light is not in time after being illuminated etc. So it cannot be able to provide security for the nocturnal human effectively. In order to improve its warning function, this article discusses and develops a new type of electronic and highly visible warning clothing with spontaneous source. It provides convenient and safe life for people of carrying out various activities under dark or weak light.Through the analysis for regulation of highly visible warning clothing, based on the understanding of the new technology-EL cold light technology, the article analyzes the clothing from the aspects of vision, spreading and warning security. It also studies deeply influence of EL cold light technology on clothing warning function and puts forward that integration of new technologies has very important significance for clothing warning function. Understanding scientificity and importance of highly visible warning clothing’s safety performance, starting from the perspective of changing luminous principle of warning clothing, it uses advanced technique to design and shape highly bright type of warning clothing. By their own shining and reflecting its own source to a certain degree, the warning clothing is a new kind of electric and self-luminous warning clothing.EL cold light has characteristics i.e. wide range of exposure and strong penetrability etc. under the condition of poor environment. Also light produced by it can direct to the distant place and its outstanding glowing effect is not restricted at any time. Especially at night, its high visibility is as well as in the daytime and it can make the drivers easily find the distant wearers under the dark or environment with disturbance of scattered beam to reduce the occurrence rate of traffic accidents. In people’s life, especially in traffic activities, it plays an important role in security. Thus it can make up the disadvantage of original warning costumes which make use of reflection principle at the aspects of low visibility, badly weather conditions and effective distance.
