The production wells with high waxy crude oil, no matter what the water cut is-higher or lower, should take measures to remove the wax, which main technique is to flush the wells with hot water. However, the flushing will adversely affect production time, resulting in the reduction of production rate, and the flushing with hot water will consume plenty of energy resources such as natural gas, water, electricity and so on. In addition, the transportation for high waxy crude oil should be combined with hot water to ensure smooth transport in alpine regions, which increases production consumption. If the production without removing wax and transportation at low temperature can be achieved, production rate and the cost would be greatly decreased.DODE-3 is applied in this paper to study on artificially lifted wells and ground gathering and transportation. Through the experiment, we optimal dosing concentration reasonable and drug add method. According to the methods of adding drug, we design the dosing process, and through the calculation, we determine the required dose of each drug. At the same time, the concentration monitoring and experiment on exclusion of pressure and deflation on the pharmaceutical losses are carried on, which perfect the dosing process flow improver.We start pumping free wax removal research, Through experiment analysis adding flow improver in the pump flow resistance, frictional resistance and the impact of the change of fluid viscosity. Experiment shows, with the increase of flow improver and water content, flow resistance and viscosity reduction can be achieved, from which effect of anti wax can be come true. At the same time, select 8 transfer stations, 843 wells, which water content from 33% to 98% distribution, the average single well with flow improver 1.4kg/d, the average concentration of 185mg/L clear wax experiment was carried out. Drug test in seven wells, found that the liquid yield is more than 4t/d, stop wells can be achieved after the cold start gathering. Through the field experiment found that adding flow improver the wastewater to meet the discharge standards.
