The Research Of Intelligent Desk Design Based On Office Style In The Internet Era

Office table, which is an essential part in raising workers’ efficiency and ensuring their physical and psychological health, is an indispensable part in every worker’s life.As the coming of the Internet era, people’s working modes and habits have changed.Nowadays, traditional office tables cannot satisfy the needs of workers any longer; while the convenience and comfort that are brought by intelligent technologies are gradually accepted by people. Therefore,the research and application of intelligent office furniture has been hot discussed by recent studies.In this study, literature research, comparative analysis and induction were used, regarding the Internet era as the background, combining the application of intelligent technology, to design and research the intelligent desk.In the theoretical research part, this paper analyzed the office mode under the Internet age, summarized the characteristics of the Internet office form, defined the meaning of an intelligent desk in this article, as well asanalyzed the composition, control system, the embedded system and the function modules of the intelligent desk system.All these efforts provided a theoretical support for the design of an intellectualized desk in this paper. In the design and application part, this paper proposed thedesign process and method of intelligent desk concerning the office form under the Internet era, which were used to guide design practice at last.Through the above research work, some results are obtained by this paper as follows:Firstly, the characteristics of the office form under the Internet age are summarized, which mainly include the office mode that regardsteam as its basic unit, the rise of electronic commuter, the refining of the office form and the virtualization of office organization form.Secondly,the function modules of the intelligent desk under the Internet age are proposed. The main function modules are the function of adjusting the width and the height of the desk, the function oflighting and giving smart tips, etc.Thirdly, the design process of an intellect desk concerning the Internet office form is put forward. The process includes the following steps:1.Analyzing the demand that based on the SET factors (society, economy, technology); 2.Positioning the desk design that based on intelligent role model; 3.Designing the concept; 4. Designing the scheme detailedly;5.Evaluatingall the steps comprehensively.Lastly, the scheme design of an intelligent desk is completed and itis verified to some extent.
