With the development of computer technology and modern control technology, frequency conversion technology because of its excellent energy-saving features and speed characteristics, it has become an effective and energy-saving measures to improve product quality. Oilfield converter application is extremely broad, centralized control cabinet in injection wells, a number of important occasions pumping control cabinet, electric submersible pump control cabinet and oil and gas gathering and transmission control cabinet. Such as Daqing Oilfield first oil production plant, plant-wide energy-saving frequency control devices currently in use has reached more than 15,000 units, including centrifugal pumps, piston pumps, single screw, twin screw pump pumps, furnaces and boilers intake air volume control means for pumping units, compressors, oil well electric heating equipment and central air-conditioning systems, in most production areas of oil production requires speed control in both coverage. In practice, the staff need to go to the scene to control the drive, has brought great inconvenience; and would often drive over-current, overload, overheating failure, maintenance personnel to the scene, often because there is no accurate data, We can not accurately judge the inverter fault. To solve these problems, and on the basis of analysis of domestic inverter detection technology, combined with actual field conditions, it was designed based on LabVIEW Remote inverter monitoring system, collected at the scene of the inverter voltage, current, temperature and other data; based on GPRS technology, PC supervision data on the drive, you can view a variety of curves, instantaneous waveform and related parameters, to study the working conditions of the inverter; on the host computer remotely adjustable frequency inverter control inverter start/stop mode, and data transfer via GPRS communication protocol. Ultimately monitoring system to achieve the most basic requirement is that the state of the controlled object measurement and control functions. Information into some form of an electrical signal which is measured by measuring the sensor portion of the relevant parameters (such as current, voltage, temperature and other parameters) monitored the inverter is measured, and then by the data processing module will be collected and transmitted to the control system. Control data portion of the received calculation and analysis, and in accordance with the actual situation, the drive automatically by the control system or human to the monitored control signals to ensure the normal operation of the control device.In this paper, the drive voltage, current, temperature data acquisition, GPRS wireless transmission, real-time display and storage as the main research content, from both hardware and software aspects of the inverter control system was designed, including the monitoring terminal hardware design, based on LabVIEW PC monitoring software.
