In order to obtain better surface deterrents of high-energy gun propellant.Three novel multiple acetylene-terminated compound——1,3,5-tris(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)benzene(TPPG), tri-propargy isocyanate(TPIC), tri(but-3-yn-1-yl) benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylate (TBTM) were selected and synthesized, Combined with the existing tripropargyl trimesate (TPTM). Chemical reactivity and cross-linking reaction kinetics between them and glycidyl azide polymer(GAP) were researched; the above-mentioned four multiple acetylene-terminated compounds were used as the surface deterrent precursor of azidonitramine propellant, and surface treatment process, burning performance and long-term-storage stability were characterized. Following are the conclusions of the study.The structure of products was characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR, the products were the target compounds. The Chemical reactivity between TPPG, TPTM, TPIC, TBTM and GAP reduced in turn, the crosslinking reaction activation energy between them were 78.8 kJ/mol, 80.3 kJ/mol,85.5 kJ/mol,87.6kJ/mol, the reaction order is about 0.92. Crosslinking reaction kinetics model based on those kinetic parameters could be a uesful model to predict crosslinking reaction process, prediction results are consistent with the verification.Used TPPG, TPTM, TPIC and TBTM as surface deterrent precursor, the azidonitramine propellant was deterred in rotary drum, deterred propellant has obvious progressive combustion performance,its Increasing coefficient of combustion Lm/L0 bigger than 2. The surface deterrent treatment comprehensive effect of sorting is TBTM>TPIC>TPTM>TPPG. After stored for 6 months under 50 ℃, Combustion performance of deterred propellant basically remain unchanged, showing excellent long storage stability.When using three-alkynyl deterrent precursor deterred azidonitramine propellant, the optimum temperature of crosslinking reaction is 50℃ to 60℃. Use TPPG to deterred azidonitramine propellant in wet surface deterrent processing, we can obtain propellant with better progressive combustion performance, but energy loss is bigger, too.The reasonable process conditions is:add about 3~4% TPPG, the temperature is about 50℃, time is 0.5~1h.
