| In order to improve the surface deterrent technology of azidonitramine gun propellant,two terminal alkyne compounds were designed and synthesized.Research for the chemical reactive between the alkyne compounds and azido compounds was conducted to provide a theoretical basis for the surface deterrent process.The compounds were used as deterrent precursor to deterrent the azidonitramine propellant,the combustion performance of the deterred propellant was characterized by closed-bomb test.The deterred propellant was stored at 55℃ to simulation the long time storage,and compering the performance before and after the storage to research the effect on the propellant.Base on the experiments above and combine the theory about,we can infer the reason of the change during the long time storage.Following are the conclusion of these studies.Two terminal alkyne compounds 2,4,6-Tris(3-butyne-1-yloxy)-1,3,5-triazine(TPYT)and 1,3,5,-Triethynylbenzene(TEB)were synthesized successfully.Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR)and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR)test demonstrate the structure of products satisfy the target substances.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test indicate the compounds are thermal stability.The terminal alkyne of the two compounds can react with azido in a mild condition.The conclusion above indicate that the two substances can be used as deterrent precursor.Using TPYT and TEB as deterrent precursor to deterrent the azidonitramine gun propellant in rotating-drum spraying technique can make the propellant to obtain good progressive combustion performance and affect little to the other combustion performance.The deterrent effect of TPYT is better than that of TEB.After stored for 2 months under 55℃,the combustion performance of propellant deterred by TEB has little change,this propellant has good long-storage stability.But the combustion performance of propellant deterred by TPYT has some changes,and these changes mainly occurred in the early of storage,the distribution of deterrents in the propellant was tested by Microscopy confocal Raman spectrometer and show that the deterrents migrate.The reason of this phenomenon is probably TPYT can’t react completely with DIANP,improve the temperature or time in deterrent process may solve the problem. |
