Water is indispensable to human survival resources,also is one of the important factors for the sustainable development of human society.In recent years, due to a large number of sewage discharged into the river,cause pollution of the river increased, the ecological severely damaged, to people’s physical and mental health caused serious influence, So the sewage disposal is imminent.But due to incomplete existing processing equipment in the process appeared a lot of mistakes.So design a set of effective monitoring and control system to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment and the economic benefit is very necessary.In recent years, the rapid development of the sensor technology, embedded technology and wireless communication technology has given rise to many wireless sensors network of high performance, low power consumption and low cost.This kind of monitoring network system composed of multiple sensors has been becoming the current hot spot. Wireless sensor network is a self-organizing network system with multiple hops which consist of many nodes located in the monitoring area with the function of information acquisition and processing and wireless communication and remote monitoring center,complete the required specific functions together. In the environmental monitoring, transportation and medical treatment is widely used in such fields as scientific research.Therefore, we can use the technology applied to sewage treatment monitoring.This topic comes from shanxi province science and technology plan projects, design and implementation of sewage treatment monitoring system based on WSN of new type of sensor nodes, the article begins from the sewage treatment monitoring system design, the component part of the system and key technology are introduced respectively. In the process of sensor node design, through the demand analysis of the system function,the sensor node design is divided into two parts of the hardware design and software design, hardware part chose to integrate MCU+RF transceiver chip SOC design scheme, design uses CC2530 low-power RF chips and other components.Then the IEEE802.15.4 standard and ZigBee 2007 protocol stack in-depth research, on this basis of the sensor node software part of the monitoring system is designed, the sensor node can real-time collect water temperature, PH, turbidity, water conductivity, dissolved oxygen five kinds of data, and transmit.On the power supply design a solar power supply system, the sensor node has a longer life cycle, and reduces the risk of artificial replacement battery in harsh environments.Finally, the overall performance of the sensor node made specific test.Test results show that the performance of the sensor nodes to achieve the desired targets, software and hardware design is reasonable,Running stability, with low power consumption, high reliability, good scalability, life cycle is long, etc.
