| In this paper, process simulation software Aspen Plus is used to simulate the process of 50kt/a whole fraction of crude benzol hydrorefining device,which belong to HuNan ZhongLing Chemical Co., Ltd. According to the whole fraction of crude benzol hydrorefining process and DCS data, assay analysis data, etc.,the pre distillation system model,extractive distillation system model,benzene toluene separation system models are established and calculated respectively.The results shows the models are satisfactorily agree with the real operational date, which showed the reliability and availability of the models.These medels can be used to guide the production of the plant, and as basis for process optimization.In view of the present situation of higher energy consumption in extractive distillation process,we analysed the system of distillation process and the energy saving measures.The original technology has been improved, and a new technology is put forward for gas phase feeding, by changing the extractive distillation column and the benzene distillation tower feed thermal conditions to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.Based on the success of process simulation,we analysed the reflux ratio,feeding stage of the extractive distillation column and the benzene distillation column.The optimal operating conditions have been determined.Compared with the original process,the new process can save energy consumption 22%.The work of this paper can provide the reference and basis for the optimization of production and the enterprise’s energy saving and consumption reduction, and it is helpful for enterprises to improve economic efficiency. |
