Coking crude benzene is a by-product of coking process in coking enterprises.As a raw material,it can produce aromatics such as benzene,toluene and xylene.At present,domestic and foreign coking crude benzol refining enterprises are using hydrofining process.The coking crude benzol hydrofining unit of zaokuang mining group has a design capacity of 160 thousand t/a,it was put into operation in June 2009.In this paper,the existing problems of coking crude benzol hydrotreating unit in this company are discussed.Analysis and comparison of process technology status of coking crude benzol hydrotreating industry at home and abroad are made,comprehensive consideration of economy,process operation,stability and product quality.A systematic analysis is made on how to optimize the operation process,how to transform the key equipment structure and how to optimize the auxiliary process system.The scheme of technological process improvement is put forward and demonstrated.Implemented through the transformation plan,the actual device processing capacity of up to 180 thousand t/a,the low value of the product yield of heavy benzene decreased from 5.56% to 3.37%,the steam consumption is reduced from 17.12t/h to 13.15t/h,the transformation has achieved good economic results for the enterprise,the transformation is successful,can provide reference for similar devices to improve the operation level.
