Heavy-duty CNC gantry milling machine is important to China’s equipment manufacturing processing equipment, widely used in large parts of the hole and surface roughing, semi-finishing and finishing. Feed shaft drive machine, so that the finished machine tool feed each action, its performance directly affects the processing efficiency, accuracy and quality of the machine.When the machine is running, or the main motor for each axis servo motor driven rotary member drive chain operation, the vibration is transmitted to the spindle nose of the tool is installed on the machine will produce displacement between the tool and machining parts, machined parts resulting in surface generating oscillation marks, which seriously affect the quality and performance of the part. Based on this, this paper carried out a series of CNC machine tools XK24 ram feed Stents vibration analysis and design optimization of:(1) In order to improve the speed of heavy-duty CNC machine tools, precision requirements, the urgent requirement that we began to study the vibration problem. According to the principles of the finite element and mechanical vibration theory of design verification. Using analogy frame structure design, analysis of the forces and the stent finite element analysis and simulation, static displacement data obtained deformation.(2) Application of Vibration Measurement Technology and Structural analysis and optimization technology, combined with XK24 series CNC gantry milling machine ram feed(Z-axis) of the vibration problem, find the reasons ram rapid feed during vibration, the researchers feed support vibration characteristics of the stent structure.(3) test results with theoretical calculations for the actual situation to develop optimized design, modeling, analysis and optimization solver optimization solution on the stent design and optimization of structural dimensions.
