| With the globalization of trade,more and more multinational chemical companies have achieved large-scale,centralized and super-large development through acquisitions and mergers.The industrial structure has undergone tremendous changes and the market concentration has become higher and higher.It is impossible for any enterprise to guarantee strong competitiveness in sales,logistics and other links.Enterprises must concentrate on their core business and outsource non-core business.In this context,more and more chemical companies choose to outsource logistics to professional third-party logistics service providers.However,most chemical companies lack a comprehensive understanding of their comprehensive strength and management level when choosing a third-party logistics supplier,as well as a scientific,systematic and operable supplier selection system,leading to the selection of the third-party logistics provider cannot meet the logistics needs of the enterprise and cannot provide a suitable level of logistics services.In the process of cooperation,both parties have suffered losses.Therefore,under this background,the research on the selection of third-party logistics suppliers of chemical enterprises has a high application value.This thesis focuses on how JX Chemical Company chooses a suitable third-party logistics supplier.On the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant theoretical knowledge of third-party logistics,the corporate background and organizational structure of JX Chemical Company are analyzed,and the company’s selection methods,selection indicators,and selection processes for third-party logistics suppliers are revealed.The outstanding problems existing in the original third-party supplier selection indicators.These problems are manifested in the fact that JX Chemical Company pays too much attention to transportation price indicators and ignores other indicators.The selection method of third-party logistics suppliers lacks systematicity and scientificity.The tripartite logistics provider does not meet the current logistics needs of JX Chemical Company.In order to improve the problems that JX Chemical Company has in the selection and management of third-partysuppliers,this article has gone through many rounds of research and screening to determine the characteristics of the chemical industry logistics and the logistics needs of JX Chemical Company,with safety as the main and transportation prices as the supplement The index system is based on the AHP method to determine the supplier selection system and the index weight calculation.A third-party supplier selection model based on the AHP method of JX Chemical Company is formed,and the effectiveness of the model is verified by examples.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the third-party supplier selection model of JX Chemical Company based on the AHP method proposed in this thesis,this thesis proposes related safeguard measures from the aspects of optimizing the organizational structure,establishing a modern information management system,and establishing a sound system guarantee.The research conclusions of this thesis can effectively guide the selection and management practices of third-party suppliers of JX Chemical Company,and at the same time have a reference role for the management of logistics suppliers in the chemical industry. |
