With rapid economic development and fierce competition market,many enterprises for the sake of gaining a competitive advantages,choose outsourcing non-core business,through integration with third-party vendors excellent professional resources,so as to achieve lower costs,improve efficiency,give full play to its own core competitiveness,and enhance the market environment of rapid strain capacity of a business model.Third party logistics is an important form of enterprise business outsourcing.Logistics is one of the most active economic fields at present and has become the "third source of profit" that enterprises are chasing after.Choosing the right third-party logistics service provider and conducting effective management is conducive to controlling and reducing the logistics cost of enterprises and improving the market competitiveness of products.A company is an international company engaged in the production and sales of flavors and fragrances.It is a leading enterprise in the fragrance industry.Due to the characteristics of the industry,the variety of raw materials and products is numerous,and FMCG market changes and product updates are faster and faster.In the face of many uncertainties and complex external environment,A company is facing huge challenges in logistics cost and timeliness.For the third-party logistics service providers,whether in the selection process,operation management and other aspects are not enough attention.Based on this,this paper analyzes the actual logistics demand of A company by sorting out the logistics status of A company,and studies the theories and literatures related to third-party logistics at home and abroad,so as to study how A company can effectively choose and manage third-party logistics service providers.Through biding primaries,further through interview assessment team members,communication,collect information and data,the factors that should be systematically considered logistics business,explore and determine the key indicators of supplier selection system,and calculate the index weight,establish A logistics supplier selection evaluation index system,selection of service providers by hierarchical analysis method,to determine the most suitable for A company's logistics service providers.Study logistics service provider management,the first is to pay attention to the rationality of the selection process;The second is to establish assessment management KPI to effectively manage and assess the operation activities of logistics service providers.Finally,it analyzes the strategic partnership with logistics service providers.The significance of this research lies in the combination of A company's industry and product characteristics,the use of third-party logistics management theory and selection methods,to build A set of perfect third-party logistics service provider selection system,to help A company to choose the best logistics service provider;study the management of logistics service providers,effectively improve the service quality of logistics service providers and reduce logistics costs,improve market competitiveness.The research of this topic can also provide solutions for the choice and follow-up management of third-party logistics service providers of spice industry enterprises,which has certain reference significance.
