At present, China’s coal washing technology used mainly in the wet coal preparation, mainly in coal processing process will produce a large number of medium water, referred to as slime water. Coal Slurry Treatment is the key to running, whether good or bad slime water system operation related to the coal preparation plant capable of normal production, but also involves the preparation plant water conservation, recycling of coal resources, protect the ecological environment and so on. Slime water concentration and clarification of the slime water treatment is an important part of the current, using the principles of gravity settling rake thickener as the main equipment is widely used in coal, coal and slime end enrichment and washing clarify links. But in recent years, with the increase of the continuous improvement of mining technology and coal mined in the proportion of low rank coal, coal-based mud intensifies, a substantial increase in the proportion of Slurry fine material and thus make use of slime water sedimentation theory enrichment equipment work efficiency is extremely decreased, resulting in an overflow of water concentrations exceeding the impact of washing index. Therefore, further research on new enrichment equipment is very necessary.Tangshan Institute of slime water engineering research and development staff proposed a new enrichment equipment, which mainly uses pressurized filtration principle to achieve efficient pulp concentrated. With a small footprint, concentrated fast, flexible adjustment of concentration, high efficiency advantages compared with traditional decanter thickener. This article is based on the existing concentrator prototype filter on the device parameters and control system research, main research contents as follows:(1) use of the existing prototype filter experiments, the feasibility of the filter thickener to verify, identify the key parameters affecting concentrated effect and to analyze the impact of the law.(2) selection of Siemens S7-200 PLC control system as the core equipment, Siemens TP277 touch screen as man-machine interface, the choice of configuration king as a PC monitor and establish an Ethernet connection to the PLC, the filter thickener control system preliminary Research and design.
