With the development of full seam one passing mining technology, super great hydraulic supports are used more and more in coal mines. According to the practical engineering problem that the super great hydraulic supports can’t be transported by support removing truck in full seam one passing mining working face move at the second Zhaogu mine because of the obvious mine pressure and heavy bottom convex in tunnel, this paper provides the method that transport the super great hydraulic support wholely by track and rope-pulling. This method solves the integrating transport problem of super great hydraulic support at the second Zhaogu mine which has complex roof and floor conditions. The research on key technologies and the development of the corollary equipments in the topic filled the gap both at home and abroad, which has application value for technology promotion.The main contents and results of this paper as follow:(1) The research on integrating transportation process. It analyzes the equipments characteristics used in integrating transportation, makes the whole transportation process for super great hydraulic support, and compares the transportation time between the method of support removing truck and track-rope pulling.(2) The research on mechanical properties of the rail. It studies the vertical and transverse mechanical properties about the rail when integrating transport the hydraulic support, checks the rail strength used in the transportation and makes finite element analysis on the rail.(3) The research on running resistance of endless rope winch. Thought research on all kinds of resistances exist in endless rope winch, it’s found that there is a big deviation in universal running resistance calculation formula. This paper derives an equivalent running resistance calculation formula firstly which is more accurate and makes software for calculation.(4) The research on mechanical properties of the heavy flat deck wagon. It calculates the wheel strength of the heavy flat deck wagon and makes finite element analysis on wagon body and axle.(5) The research on whole transportation test. Thought the Track and rope-pulling test platform made in Jiaozuo Shenhua Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Ltd., it did the whole transportation test in normal conditions and extreme conditions as well as other tests, found and solved the problems in the test, which laid the foundation of transportation super great hydraulic support in tunnel.The research on transport super great hydraulic support wholely at complex roof and floor conditions base on track-rope pulling not only solves the working face move problem and lays the foundation of safely and effectively product in coal mines, but also plays an exemplary role for further promotion of full seam one passing mining technology in our country’s modernization mines and enhances the further promotion of the fully mechanized mechanization level in mines...
