The rapid growth of the amount of coal mining in a large extent depends on the advanced and automatic auxiliary transportation equipment. At present, the endless rope monorail has been used more and more popular in the coal mine of our country, and it is so as to creating a huge wealth to the coal mining enterprises. To further improve the capacity of the endless rope monorail in lifting or transporting, reduce costs, and expand the product in the market share, this paper has been studying in the structure of the endless rope monorail hoist crane. Basing on the investigating or referring to relevant information of the endless rope monorail, it has been studying the structure of the lifting unit from domestic and foreign and also conducts the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of lifting unit. On that basis, it offers a designing method of optimal selection to monorail track and also conducts the optimal selection to the structural of track. According to the different conditions of lifting or transporting, it has been studying in the structure of lifting beam and three different structure forms of the lifting beam is designed.The main contributions of this paper are summarized as follows:Firstly, it has been studying the force character of track beam which is under the most unfavorable load working condition, and on that basis, the structure of track beam has been done in optimized selection designed by ANSYS. Secondly, in view of the special geological conditions of the coal mine and the operation features of the endless rope auxiliary monorail, taking the load or volume of lifting object, the safety or reliability of operation process and the ease of maintenance or repair to lifting beam into consideration, it has been putting forward three different design scheme of lifting beam and the three kinds of structure are conducted in feasibility check under the most unfavorable load condition so as to creating a theoretical basis for equipment safe and effective work. Finally, to further research and verify on the reliability and stability of the lifting unit under dynamic load, and to analyze the response of track beam and pneumatic hoist lifting beam under the action of external excitation, it has conducted the modal analysis to track beam and pneumatic hoist lifting beam; meanwhile, considering the pneumatic hoist lifting beam which has suffered from shock loading when the monorail hoist started instantly, it has taken the transient dynamics analysis on it and conducted a study on a certain result curve to get a reliable conclusion for guiding the practice.
