The Research On Design Application Of Gene Symbols Of Huangmei Cross-stitch,which Are Applied In The Modern Women’s Underwear

With the development of China’s economy,people have higher aesthet—ic needs of clothing.The visual center of costume design gradually has shifted from the fashion trend to the national trend.More and more fashion designers like to apply gene symbols of traditional and national craftsmanship in clothing design.Huangmei Cross-Stitch,a traditional handicraft design,has been applied in the design of modern women’s underwear by changing colors, replacing patterns,experimenting with different processing techniques and other means,which refers to summarize and analyze the gene symbols,then extract the most represent--ative gene symbols and break the restructuring.This combination enriched Huangmei Cross-Stitch with a new look to show the new era in order to combine traditional Jingchu culture with modern fashion design.In other words,the modern clothing with Huangmei Cross-Stitch is more in line with modern aesthetic standards.The essay is divided into six parts:The first part:Introduction.Based on the protection of intangible cultural heritage by Hubei Province,by analyzing database-related literature and summarizing the current situation of domestic and foreign study of Huangmei Cross-Stitch,I clarify the significance of this topic.The second part focuses on the combination of Huangmei Cross-Stitch and the modern women’s underwear,mainly discussing the inheritance and development of Huangmei Cross-Stitch and the concepts of modern women’s underwear design.The third part mainly discusses the types and the characters of gene symbols of Huangmei Cross-Stitch.According to the concept of the gene symbol,we can induce that the gene symbols of Huangmei Cross-Stitch includes materials,colors,patterns,and process form.I also analyzed the characteristics of these four types of gene symbols in this part.The fourth part focuses on the design methods of Huangmei Cross-Stitch which are applied in the design of modern women’s underwear.Explain the design methods in the form of charts and figure out the types of design in the way of probability,which are as the research implementation supports.The fifth part discusses the application practice of Huangmei Cross-Stitch in the design of modern women’s underwear,including the detailed analysis of materials,colors,patterns and process form.The sixth part makes an analysis from competitive advantages and disadvantages, chances and threats and summarizes this essay.Through this research,we can draw the followings:1.Huangmei Cross-Stitch is not exist in the form of "antique" in the present world.It can be combined with modern life,emerging with a new look and issuing a new era style.2.When the demand for material is saturated,the demand for spirit is more important for modern women.The embroideries,which are seen in ancient women’s underwear,used to reflect women’s morbidezza.Huangmei Cross-Stitch,as a kind of embroideries,can also be applied to the design of modern women’s underwear in a new way to fit the aesthetic needs of today’s women.3.The application practice of Huangmei Cross-Stitch in the modern women’s underwear can provide Huangmei Cross-Stitch with broader modern application room.From the perspective of intangible cultural heritage,Huangmei Cross-Stitch is undoubtedly at the top of ancient Chinese "pick-stitch" skills.Huangmei Cross-Stitch,as an indispensable part of the Jingchu culture,can completely use clothing words to show its temperament so that we can protect it and pass it on.
