The Study Of The Problems And Suggestions In Rural Areas Disposal Garbage In Xiaolou Town Zengcheng District Guangzhou City

With the rapid development of the national economy, the rural economy has also undergone a tremendous change. While the farmers live a rich life, the living environment put forward higher requirements as well as the implementation of living garbage harmless treatment and rural living environment has a more urgent demand. Rural domestic waste not only has been a difficult problem, but also one of the great challenges to the sustainable development of rural economy and society. Xiaolou Town located in the northern mountainous area, in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou city. It generally characterises as remote area with traffic developed, backward economy, population people scattered, living higher ratio of old juvenile. Comparing to downtown and urban, farmers live in poor sanitation and garbage is thrown everywhere with simple sanitation facilities and related supporting the construction, which result in secondary pollution and a series of environmental and ecological problems.The paper taking the problems and suggestions in rural areas disposal garbage in Xiaolou town Zengcheng district Guangzhou city as the object, to the rural living garbage management analysis of the current situation, characteristics and problems of the investigation, to find the best measures for the administration of rural living garbage. With the concept of "bigger and ecological industry, stronger urban agriculture, development environment",it brings new challenges, for many problems and difficulties still exists in rural living garbage treatment, such as the source separation of waste implementation, incorrectly processing methods and waste removal, the maintenance of facilities, insufficient capital investment and so on. In this paper, in-depth research based on status quo of Xiaolou town, rural living garbage disposal, combining the actual situation of domestic and foreign theory with practice experience of Xiaolou town, discussing the management countermeasures of Xiaolou town, rural garbage, respectively from the cleaning team, funding, facilities, equipment, source separation, optimization of transport, processing industriali-zation etc, through literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, comparative analysis method, system analysis and other research methods in the Social Sciences. And put forward effective methods to solve rural living garbage disposal, in order to achieve a beautiful Xiaolou town with more green mountains, clear water clearer and make the sky clearer of which available to live and travel.
