Abstract/Summary:
Transmission system is the important part of the paddy separator, including the convey belt, main shaft unit and the support structure of the sieves. The main function is to drive the bilateral sieves reciprocation via the eccentric transmission constructure with the aim to separate the paddy and brown rice. The S EU China Joint venture is designing and studying the transmission system under the developing the new generation Paddy Seperator, The new transmission system will be on the expected work condition with the two times capacity, meanwhile the old generation machines problem that is the transmission system accessory the sieve screen bracing structure unstability and the knife bearing life short term will be solved at the aim to achieve the stability and increasing the knife bearing life time by 2 times.Firstly, modeling the main parts of the transmission system was build up, meanwhile the static analysis base on the FEM software calculation under the expected working condition was done. Secondly, the low modals analysis for the main shaft unit of the transmission system for the weak points shooting of the main shaft unit was done and the lumped mass and transfer mix mathematics methods was used to build up the vibration model to calculate the main shaft unit torsional vibration natural frequency and mode of vibration with the Matlab software. For the evaluation of the vibration effecting on the machine, the experiment to use the vibration meter to test the displacement, velocity and accelerated velocity of the sieve and the machine base was done vibration displacement via the vibration test instrument was measured. At last to use the static and the dynamic analysis methods to investigate the bracing structure via the FEM software for solving the unstability problem.
