Combined with the special circumstances and the actual coal mine production problems, To study and analyze existing staff monitor management system of our country. Starting from the actual demand of coal mine safety production, Based on RFID and CAN bus technology, This paper designed the underground coal mine personnel positioning and management systems. Inoue part mainly consists of monitoring management center and inoue data collector, Inoue of monitoring management center is mainly responsible for mine personnel positioning and personnel management. The data collector need to collect the date underground,Through the data transmission interface and monitoring management center to upload the data. Underground part is mainly composed of rf read-write device and electronic label card, With RFID technology, designed the underground radio frequency signal transmitting and receiving device, Rf read-write device can recognize the electronic tag and accomplish data exchange, to achieve the data transmission of underground wireless Through CAN bus technology, makes the underground rf read-write device and inoue data collector with functions of data communication, Completing the data upload.This design adopts nRF24L01 + and nRF24LE1 rf chip as the system of wireless transceiver chip, Between compatible with each other, have the characteristics of high integration, strong anti-jamming capability, etc. The rf chip nRF24LE1 built a high performance of 51 kernel single-chip computer, It does not require an external microcontroller, its able to receive and transmit data information,This paper has used this chip design electronic label card, by facilitates the mine shaft personnel to wear. Introduced to ARM architecture Cortex-M3 for the kernel of the STM32 micro processor as the main control chip, In combination with nRF24L01 + rf chip, Design can carry on the data to the electronic label card information collection of radio frequency(rf) to read and write device. At the same time using Visual Basic development platform,By database technology and geographic information system(GIS) to realize the coal mine personnel positioning and daily management, and other functions. After a lot of testing, the coal mine personnel management system has good real-time performance and stability.
