| Due to the rapid development of enterprise information technology, computer technology has ushered in rapid development. The application of computer technology in the stamping industry, using computer powerful logic processing capacity and the design and development of a stamping process design system to interactive CAPP enterprise application.The main work in the article can be summarized as follows:(1)The design process and overall structure of the system are determined by summarizing the overall requirements of the stamping CAPP process design system.The key technology of CAPP process design system is put forward:(1)Establishing a standardized and relational database on the Oracle database platform;(2)With guided design as the design model.(2) Analysis and summarize the stamping process related data, formulas, rules,etc.Establish database system, the stamping process involved in the process of effective management of the data.The database is divided into six sub Libraries,including the material base, mold base, equipment library, process knowledge base,process parameter database, user database.(3)Through the analysis of the system, the function of the system is determined,and the concept model, logical model and physical model are established. In this process, the parametric design model for each step of stamping process design,parametric design can make the design process clear.(4)According to use VisuaulC++ 6.0 as development tools, to achieve the function of each module in the system, including user management module, process design module, resource management of process design, process card management module, data query module and help module.(5)This system has the user management system, so that it can distinguish the user identity and authority to ensure the security of the system.The stamping CAPP process design system can assist the process design personnel to carry on the craft design. And to provide data reference. The research and development of this system can greatly enhance process design personnel’s working efficiency; generally to shorten the product design cycle, speed up the development of new products, provides conditions to improve the economic efficiency of enterprisesand market competitiveness. |
