With the energy crisis and the increasingly serious environmental problems, the degree of attention to saving and environmental protection is growing in our country. The processing mode of textile printing and dyeing industry is high energy consumption, high emission, high pollution, which will inevitably face transition or eliminated. Cross-linking agent is a very common auxiliaries in dyeing and printing, and is widely used in shrink-proof and wrinkle-free finishing, water repellent finishing, and curing. In accordance with the temperature points, cross-linking can be divided into high-temperature and low-temperature cross-linker. The application of low temperature cross-linking agent can not only save energy, reduce pollution, but also can reduce the damage for textiles caused by high temperature.In this paper, the application of the low temperature cross-linking agent was studied by coating dyeing as the carrier. Six commercial low temperature cross-linking agents with different structure types were selected, through the study of cross-linker concentrate, curing temperature and curing time, the results evaluated from scrubbing of fastness, rubbing fastness and softness is as follows: The performance of cross-linker XH-5008, cross-linker XH-5008 H, and cross-linker SAC-100 is better than others, and optimized the cross-linker process for the three kind of cross-linker.The results of the optimization process for cross-linker XH-5008 is: cross-linker XR-5008 concentrate 3g/L, baking temperature 110℃, baking time 3 min. The scrubbing fastness for red pigment dyeing can reach level 3-4, the wet rubbing fastness reach grade 4. The scrubbing fastness for blue pigment dyeing can reach level 3, the wet rubbing fastness reach grade 3-4.The results of the optimization process for cross-linker XH-5008 H is: cross-linker XR-5008 H concentrate 6g/L, baking temperature 120℃, baking time 3 min. The scrubbing fastness for red pigment dyeing can reach level 3, the wet rubbing fastness reach grade 3-4. The scrubbing fastness for blue pigment dyeing can reach level 3, the wet rubbing fastness reach grade 3.The results of the optimization process for cross-linker SAC-100 is: cross-linker SAC-100 concentrate 0.8g/L, baking temperature 120℃, baking time 3 min. The scrubbing fastness for red pigment dyeing can reach level 3-4, the wet rubbing fastness reach grade 3. The scrubbing fastness for blue pigment dyeing can reach level 3, the wet rubbing fastness reach grade 3.Through the analysis and comparison of the test indexes of pigment dying fabric under the optimized process conditions, the performance of cross-linking agent XH-5008 is the best.Under the cross linking of the cross-linker XH-5008, the scrubbing fastness for red pigment dyeing can reach level 3-4, the wet rubbing fastness reach grade 4, and the scrubbing fastness for blue pigment dyeing can reach level 3, the wet rubbing fastness reach grade 3-4 at baking temperature 110℃. Cross-linker XH-5008 saving energy, is conducive to the realization of energy-saving emission reduction targets.This research adopts the amino silicone oil type softener for pigment dying fabric, which can effectively improve the pigment dyeing fabric hand feel.
