The coal smoking type pollution is the main form of atmospheric environmental pollution in our country; the main pollutant is dust particles and 2SO which emit from Boiler combustion. Because of air pollution is more and more serious in our country, for the improvement of the quality of atmospheric environment in our country researching and developing flue gas purification device has very important significance which suit for Chinese national conditions. This article takes the production of SXJ wet dust separation and desulfurization equipment. From ChangChun WENJIAO Boiler Work as the research object, just because of its simple structure, low manufacture cost, convenient maintenance and management and the operation cost is moderate, it is widely used in middle and small coal-fired boiler flue gas purification processing in our country.Firstly this article study of the dust removal desulfurization device is the structure and analyze the mechanism of self-excited dust removal desulfurization; Based on the understanding of the 3d model, we will extract the internal flow channel, set the boundary conditions of the simulation parameters according to the actual situation and make a gas-liquid two-phase flow numerical simulation scrutiny into SXJ dust removal desulfurization device. On the foundation of analyzing the mechanism of dust removal desulfurization, we know that the shape and location of the guide plate has a decisive influence on desulfurization dust removal. So we make some changes about structure and location on the guide plat of SXJ type dust removal desulfurization device, respectively, using the original parameters in the Fluent software of numerical simulation analysis, compared with the analysis results of the original structure.Through the numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the different structure of the device, we know that the guide plate structure of the device had a greater influence on the desulfurization dust removal. After comparative analysis, we get the conclusion that when the distances between guide plate export center and the center of the liquid level is 150 mm, the angle between guide plate and liquid level is 45 °,the effect of the desulfurization dust removal is best. The Angle and position not only make the direct contact with the flue gas and the liquid surface area increases and more gas react directly with lye, still can make more fluid droplets shock up, the fluid droplets will go into the reaction chamber and Neutralization happens after fully mixing, to achieve better desulfurization dust removal effect. To the Angle of the guide plate was determined, then determine the distance between guide plate and the liquid surface. The distance directly affect the amount of air pressure can be converted into kinetic energy, and directly affect the airflow through the baffle inertia after the size of the increment. By comparing the known guide plate export a distance of 30 mm, and the liquid surface reaction cavity the turbulence intensity of the highest. Illustrate this distance lumen gas-liquid reaction is the strongest and the best effect. This is based on the Angle of the change of the position. If used in the actual production, it will increase the benefit of the enterprise, and realize a certain extent the energy conservation and emissions reduction.
