The residue of veterinary antibiotic in raw milk has become an important issue on food safety. And people attach great importance to this problem. So the k ey to prevention of antibiotic consumption is effective in controlling the residue of veterinary antibiotic in raw milk. Accordingly, it is essential to make inspection of residual antibiotic in the process of purchasing of raw milk. Therefore the study on antibiotic residues in milk and its rapid determination equipment in this paper is of great significance.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign research situation and performance of rapid detection system for biological agent, this paper presents a rapid detection system cooperate with gold immuochromatography assay test paper. The system uses linear sensor array to collect information of test paper, and the sensor converts optical signals into electrical ones. After the electrical signal is transformed by ADC, the data will be parsed by the software. Also, the system can distinguish the type of test paper, show the result, save the date and upload the data, etc.This paper detailed elaborates the implementation process of the rapid detection system hardware. Firstly, the main devices are selected appropriately. The TSL202 R is used for sensor and STM32F207VGT6 for MCU. Then this paper elaborates the hardware design of data collection, data storage, etc.The software design of the system including hardware drivers, human machine interface, PC software and data acquisition flow. The hardware drivers include USB, USART, I2 C, SPI, SD card, Ethernet, etc. The system use those interfaces for IAP, communicating with PC, printing, RTC, saving data, networking, etc. The human machine interface implement by LCD and touch panel, and it can be used for setting status and displaying the result. PC software is developed by Lab VIEW, and it can be used for managing data and modifying the variable of the system. And the last, design the data processing software.Based on the implementation of the system hardware and software, this paper did a variety of tests. First, the stability of the system is tested. Then, do the qualitative and quantitative experiments.The experimental result shows that the development of rapid determination equipment achieved the expected requirements.
